An established UK integration business, founded in 2016, privately owned and run by the people who built the platform.
Recursyv was founded in 2016 to solve a problem every managed service provider knows: the systems an MSP runs and the systems its clients run are never the same, they belong to different companies, and somebody ends up re-keying tickets between them.
Connecting two organisations is harder than connecting two systems inside one. It takes investment and sign-off from stakeholders on both sides, a security review by two teams, and acceptance testing that both parties must pass. That cross-organisation engagement — MSP to client, business to partner, business to provider — has been our core work for a decade.
We built a proprietary integration platform on Microsoft Azure to make records in one system appear natively in another — and keep them synchronised for the life of the ticket. A decade on, that platform has run with 99.999999% uptime across hundreds of production integrations, for MSPs and for the enterprises they serve: international banks, stock exchanges, healthcare providers, publicly traded retailers, global automotive manufacturers, corporate workspace providers, gaming companies and ITSM/PSA vendors themselves.
What makes us different
We are a managed service, not a toolkit. Our clients speak directly to the engineers who built and maintain their integrations. We take on the ever-changing APIs, the monitoring and the edge cases, because integration is our core business and not theirs.
We are vendor and platform agnostic. We don’t sell a PSA, a CRM or an AI model — we connect whichever ones you have chosen.
We are enterprise-grade by default: 256-bit AES encryption, unique keys per tenant, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certification, and regional hosting on Azure.
Recursyv AI
In 2025 we extended the same platform and the same standards to a new problem: connecting the AI assistants organisations have adopted — Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — to the business systems that hold their data. Recursyv AI gives those assistants a governed, real-time view across ITSM, CRM, RMM, knowledge and Microsoft 365, built to align with Microsoft’s Copilot security and governance standard.
